Device rows carry a last activity time, and SavaFlow does not audit every page or scan, so there is no honest way to say what somebody was doing on a phone. The row that answers the handset-in-front question is the one marked as this device.
Whether a failure was dealt with
Current issue counts have no resolved state behind them, so nothing here may be marked handled. A count that falls is the only evidence that anything changed.
