What SavaFlow suggests fetching next for the people already waiting, longest wait first. This is a suggestion that is worked out fresh every time it is read, not a list of jobs given to anybody.

Handing goods to a customer is not on this screen. The collection code now goes out when staff ring the customer rather than at the counter, and that part is being rebuilt around it. Nothing here has been run against a live database yet.
