Photos kept longer than usual

Photographs of cartons nobody could identify are kept for two years. Where the carton still has not been sorted out by then, the owner can decide to keep the photo longer, and this is where those decisions are recorded and looked at again.

SavaFlow does not delete any photograph yet. Nothing removes them on a schedule, so a decision recorded here is about how they will be treated when it does, rather than something that stops anything happening this week.
