Deliveries a customer arranged by ringing us. Nobody on this list is standing in the building, so none of them is waiting at the counter.
Reading the orders.
The word beside each order is what the record says happened to it. Where its pieces actually are is worked out on the order itself, and the two can differ. The line in bold is what somebody typed during the call, not an address SavaFlow knows.
